Cancelation POlicy

At BrushFlow, we've implemented a cancellation policy to ensure a seamless and equitable experience for all participants. Below, you'll find the specifics of our cancellation policy:

Cancellation and Full Refund: you need to cancel your attendance at an BrushFlow event, you can secure a complete refund by requesting the cancellation at least 24 hours before the event commences. The refunded amount will match the actual net ticket price, excluding the service fee.

Partial Refund: For cancellation requests received between 24 and 12 hours before the event, the ticket holder is eligible for a 50% refund of the ticket price. Please note that the service fee is non-refundable.

No Refund: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if a cancellation notification reaches us less than 12 hours prior to the event. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, the intricacies of logistical arrangements and the limited availability of spots make it challenging for us to offer refunds in such instances.

Validity of Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests are deemed valid from the moment the email arrives at our designated email address: info@brushflow.art.

Rebooking

In the event that you have reserved a seat for a regular painting workshop and desire to make changes to your attendance, we do facilitate the option for ticket rebooking. To proceed with the rebooking process, we kindly request you to send an email to our official address: info@brushflow.art. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated
